The Level 3 Home Care Level is designed for older Australians with intermediate care needs. It offers a higher level of funding and services, providing the support required to manage daily life safely and comfortably at home.

What’s Included in Level 3 ?

With Level 3, you can access a wide range of tailored services, including:

  • 🏡 Domestic Assistance – Household cleaning, laundry, and home maintenance

  • 🛁 Personal Care – Showering, dressing, grooming, and continence support

  • 💊 Medication Management – Assistance with medications and health monitoring

  • 🍽 Meal Preparation – Planning, cooking, nutrition guidance, and assistance with feeding if needed

  • 🚗 Transport Services – Getting to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities

  • 🧑‍⚕️ Nursing Care (basic clinical support) – Wound care, vital checks, and health assessments

  • 🤝 Social & Emotional Support – Companionship, social activities, and community connection

This level is best suited for people who:

  • Need ongoing assistance with personal care and daily activities

  • Require clinical support such as medication or nursing care

  • Want to remain living at home safely with regular professional support

Fees

  • 💲 Approx. AUD $241.25 per fortnight – 18 hrs support

  • ✅ No hidden costs – we offer transparent pricing and clear care plans

  • 💡 You may also add private funding to access extra services if needed
