The Level 4 Home Care Level provides the highest level of support available under the Home Care Packages program. It is designed for older Australians with high-level or complex care needs, offering intensive, tailored care at home so you can continue living with dignity, independence, and comfort.

With Level 4, you can access comprehensive and specialized care, including:

  • 🛁 Advanced Personal Care – Showering, dressing, grooming, continence support, and mobility assistance

  • 💊 Medication Management & Nursing Care – Regular medication support, wound care, health assessments, and clinical services

  • 🍽 Meal Preparation & Feeding Assistance – Cooking, nutritional guidance, and feeding support when needed

  • 🚗 Transport Services – Travel to medical appointments, therapies, and social activities

  • 🧑‍⚕️ Specialist Health Support – Allied health services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, or occupational therapy

  • 🤝 Emotional & Social Support – Companionship, mental wellbeing support, and community connection
