The Level 1 Home Care Level is designed for older Australians with basic care needs. It provides entry-level support to help you remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home while maintaining your lifestyle.

What’s Included in Level 1 ?

With Level 1, you can access a range of services, such as:

  • 🏡 Domestic Assistance – Help with light cleaning, laundry, and household tasks

  • 🛒 Meal Preparation & Shopping – Support with cooking, nutrition, and grocery shopping

  • 🚗 Transport – Assistance getting to medical appointments, shops, or social activities

  • 🤝 Companionship – Friendly visits and social support to reduce isolation

  • 🛁 Personal Care (Basic) – Help with grooming, dressing, and hygiene as needed

Who is Level 1 for ?

This level is best suited for people who:

  • Need occasional support to live safely at home

  • Can manage independently but benefit from some extra help

  • Want peace of mind with a small amount of regular assistance

Fees

  • 💲 Approx. AUD $63.03 per fortnight – 6 hrs support

  • ✅ No hidden costs – we offer transparent pricing and clear care plans

  • 💡 You may also add private funding to access extra services if needed
